The National Infrastructure Commission for Wales is an independent advisory body that gives recommendations on the infrastructure Wales needs.

NICW is currently investigating whether the use of a Nature Guardian can help us improve our decision-making. Elspeth Jones is carrying out this role during out our pilot project which runs from June 2025 to January 2026.
